My mom booked my ticket and at the kiosk my confirmation number didnt even work. So the worker asked me to stand on the main line which i did.

But ended up missing my flight. AA couldn't help because i didnt book with them. So i called traveler help desk and he helping me not one bit. He was nice for staying on the phone and waiting for me to get to the desk, byt basically told me im not getting my money back.

And he he cant put me on another flight. 4hrs later im still in the airport stuck. The airline cant even see my info with their confirmation number they sent to me. I have missed flights before but never have i had to sit here for hours.

They dont care about their customers. Just want the money.

They were no help at all. I will NEVER book with then again.
