Traveler Helpdesk - The worst flight booking experience ever
9.30 am this morning checked online for best price flights, this company showed as cheapest.
Booked 2 international return flights, I received confirmation of booking, then 10 mins later another email arrived saying that the booking could not be completed, due to increase in fares. The only way to resolve is to phone them, which is rather expensive as I am in the Middle East.
I was informed that both flight cost had significantly increased although different destinations and different days. I was charges an increase of approx. 20% for each flight.
I have never encountered this before in 15yrs of booking flights online. This company is a rip off, I just hope I get my tickets.

i have been waiting 6 days and they down aswer to me why it is not confirmed, did you resolve it ?
Did you actually get your tickets from them?
