Traveler Helpdesk - Nightmare but found a better price

They called the next day and a panic said they couldn't give us our tickets up the price to X later I told her supervisor I was being scammed. She offered to refund our money if I wanted to within 2 hours I took advantage found a flight for $600 cheaper and much better they are a bait-and-switch scam company. BookingBuddy should not have them on their site

Traveler Helpdesk - Extra cost due to a double billing error

booked a flight and was double billed. 5 days to refund. exchange rate ended up costing me CAD $60. talked to cs and just get parroting response. no surprise i guess but nobody there even cares. be careful with this bunch. {{Redacted}}

Traveler Helpdesk - Misleading with service

I purchased airline tickets to Savannah 2 months ago with assigned seats and when I was ready to check in for my flight, no seats were assigned. I was told by Spencer Macguire who is the supervisor told me that they are not responsible for the seats. It’s all on the airlines. I just don’t understand why I have to pay American Airlines for seats when I was assigned seats. I’m really disappointed about this.
