Customer Service Hung Up RUDELY

I have never been so disgusted as today when I called to have a change put on my Southwest flight. I understand companies are shipping jobs overseas because its cheaper. But when you can hardly understand somebody much less have to call in three times because youre constantly hung up on, its ridiculous. I cant wait for the day that an American company keeps things over in the US. Do us all a favor, and if youre going to do that, why dont you know I only have your call station overseas, but why dont you in the business yourself move over there.
