Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our flight was canceled because of Irma. THD still have not given us our full refund.

They gave us half and are stalling for the rest of it. Wanted to talk to supervisor, no one available. United gave us a full refund, but gave it to T HD as that is who we booked through. That was in Sept.

on the 29. Now they sent us a notice for only half and it still has not been seen on our credit card.

They have not refunded our money yet. It is very hard to get them to do any thing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1400.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Easy to order.

I didn't like: Will not refund my money so far hope they do.
